Listen, I run a business, a household & have 2 kids.

Want to know how I do it all?

90 minutes of TV time in the middle of the day. My kids need some down time & I need to work - with minimal distractions.

There are other times & places we are completely screen free (ex: we don’t do screens as restaurants)

But this routine works for our family & it might work for yours to o & there is NO reason to have guilt around it.

This 90 minutes means I’m not hoping for “random pockets of time” throughout the day anymore.

In the summer, it’s a mompreneurs dream.

You’re conditioned to see a “messy” house and equate that to laziness — so you feel like that has to be done to be successful.

And Sundays, those are the worst culprits.

You’re missing out on waaaay too much of what you WANT to be doing if you’re needing your home to be a museum before you head into the week.

This is your shake up. You don’t need a whole ass reset on your home but maybe a little mindset adjustment 🫶🏻 said because I love you

You aren’t meant to DO it all but you aren’t meant to HAVE it all — letting go of the perfectionism around your home is a great place to start ❤️

You see – we get messages all the time about what mother’s day should look like and we have expectations of our spouses to magically show up and make it happen.

Here’s 2 things that keep me happy AF in my life →
1- I don’t do anything just because I “should” be
2- I have realistic expectations

I spend the day how I want because it makes me happy.

My husband has 862 amazing qualities – planning isn’t one of them, so why set him up for failure?

Just know - you get to spend Mother’s Day YOUR way — there are no rules to follow except your own.

Here’s your third strategy to use:

→ No launching // No 1:1 client business model

Why are we taking this approach?
Live launching requires you to be ON and summer time is NOT the time for that. There are better ways to make money and you can live launch again in the fall (I’ll help you plan it out!)

Why no 1:1 clients? If you have a traditional 1:1 format that puts you on multiple calls a week & supporting your clients in Voxer (or another app like that) and again – that means you’re going to have to be ON, you’ll be packing certain weeks with an insane amount of calls so you can go on vacation the next week and honestly it just isn’t going to give you the lifestyle you want to be enjoying this summer <you can pre-book clients and start them once your kids go back to school>

This summer you’re focusing on your offers that are available all the time and don’t require your 24/7 attention.
